Hello!

I am Vibhas.

I live in Austin, Texas with my wife and four children. I work with Gallup as a senior practice expert and specialize in leadership development and organizational development, culture change, and executive-level engagement strategies including strengths-based leadership and succession management. 

My writing has been featured in several global publications including the Gallup Business Journal the Harvard Business Review and I write regularly on my personal blog on this website. 

I enjoy reading about new technology specifically AI and Machine Learning as well as  space travel and the mysteries of the universe. I am an avid board game enthusiast and love playing German or Euro board games. I have also built two board games and tried to promote them on Kickstarter. No takers unfortunately - but my kids love playing them!
